Employee Benefits Department
The Employee Benefits Department is responsible for all group insurance products that are offered to Southwest ISD staff members. These responsibilities range from contracting of specific products to liaison in the resolution of employee issues not able to be settled through normal procedures.
The Benefits Department is also responsible for the administration of employee medical leave, as well as handling matters pertaining to 403(b) and 457 retirement programs.
The Benefits Department will administer high quality benefit programs to its employees. The health and well being of our employees is our primary concern. All employees will be treated with courtesy, dignity and respect -- no problem is too large or too small for personal attention.
