Southwest ISD is part of the Shared Services Arrangement (SSA) Private Non-Profit schools with Region 20. This is an agreement to provide services for private, non-profit schools that enroll Southwest ISD students eligible for Title I funds. The SSA provider determines the equitable services for the students and teachers under this provision and assures that these services are available and monitored

schools could also include staff development in the area served and parental
involvement activities.
Services are provided to non-public school students in accordance with Title 1
law. Educational services and arrangements for eligible students in non-public
schools shall be equal to expenditures for children enrolled in the public
schools of the local education agency.
