Leadership Commitments

Every successful organization has one thing in common, great leadership. At SWISD we believe that with intentional training and development, everyone is capable of cultivating their leadership potential. The Southwest ISD Leadership Commitments are intended to be a resource and guide for staff to support their personal growth and development and embody what it is to be a leader in SWISD.   

The SWISD Leadership Commitments constitute district and community-wide input to define what great leadership looks like. Through this work, in partnership with The Holdsworth Center, the core values of Growth, Service and Results emerged. These core values center around supporting and developing the leadership skills, knowledge and behaviors of our school leaders ensuring great leaders at every level.
