Creative Minds Tell An Out Of This World Adventure At Bob Hope Elementary

The 4th Grade Bob Hope Elementary Composed Gifted and Talented student group created an out-of-the-world adventure titled “The Amazing Adventures of Pou!” for their annual GT project. The project was written, produced, and built by 4th-grade All-Stars Jonathan Solis, Joel De Leon, Klarissa Rivera, Jaelynn Cantu, Aleisa Garcia-Martinez, and Delilah Rodriguez. The group project was inspired by Jonathan Solis bringing in a class pet plush named Pou to keep him company during the day a few months ago. As the students brainstormed ideas for their stop-motion animation, the idea for an amazing adventure surfaced, and the entire group agreed that this would be a fun project. Aleisa shared that this type of hands-on activity makes learning fun and teaches students how to communicate to complete the project together.

“The Amazing Adventures of Pou!” took about two months to complete. Ms. Rios, the Bob Hope Elementary GT sponsor, is so proud of the group's efforts and teamwork. Congratulations on a great project. Thank you for visiting with Snippets and showing us your project.
