Ms. Trevino’s 5th grade class and Mrs. Perez’s 2nd grade class entered in a national haiku poetry competition. Twelve fifth graders and five second graders were selected to be published in the 30th edition of the “Young American Poetry Digest.” Their teachers could not be more proud, for them this is more than just an achievement, it’s a testament to the power of nurturing creativity and fostering the love of writing! Way to go coyotes!
