Dual Credit & Core Complete

In partnership with local universities and colleges, high school students who meet eligibility criteria may enroll in college course(s) and receive credit for the course(s) from both the college and high school. Dual credit courses may be taught on the high school campus by an approved instructor or on the college campus. Courses taken and passed in this manner may be counted towards completion of a degree plan at any public Texas college or university. Southwest ISD offers a full range of dual credit courses in all core content areas, as well as some elective course areas, and continues to work to develop new possibilities for class offerings in this area.
