Crafting Creativity: Student-Made Wreaths Blossom with Imagination

The Transition for Life students surprised Dr. Ball with a special wreath that they made just for her. This program is an 18+ program that assists our students with transitioning into careers within the community. Every year, the program chooses a project that will help enhance and develop their skills. This year's project will teach them how to utilize money, create a budget, and operate a small business.

The students in the Floral Design department helped with teaching the skills needed to create the wreaths. The Transition for Life students hosted their first booth at the SWHS fair this past week where they created and sold their first batch of wreaths. We are excited to see their creations and success with this project!
