CAST STEM Students Attend U.S. - Mexico 360 Citizen Diplomacy Program
CAST STEM campus ambassadors Eduardo Pena and Alexis Terrazas traveled to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to participate in the United States—Mexico 360 citizen diplomacy program. The duo was part of the CAST Schools Student Advisory Delegation, which has traveled to Mexico over the past few years. The program allows attendees to hear from leaders in various fields, including business, the tech industry, universities, research centers, and civil associations between the neighboring countries. The program included visits with the Secretary of Tourism for Nuevo Leon, Maricarmen MartĂnez Villarreal, HEB Mexico, CEMEX, and BBVA Stadium, home of the World Cup in 2026, to name a few. Thank you to Eduardo and Alexis for representing CAST STEM and SWISD on your trip south of the border.
