From Dragon Fire Dance to TAMU-SA Jaguarettes Dance Team

In front of her family, teammates, administrators, current and future coaches, teachers, and staff, senior Dragon Fire Dance captain Julieta Gonzalez officially signed her college letter of intent to continue both her education and her passion for dance with the Jaguars Dance Team at Texas A&M University–San Antonio.

Julieta is thrilled to begin this next chapter of her dance journey shortly after graduation, with performances starting during the summer. She becomes the second DFD senior to pursue dance at the collegiate level, marking the beginning of a proud new tradition under the leadership of Coach Rubio-Garcia.

Julieta plans to major in education, with hopes of one day inspiring future dancers as a dance teacher.
