Street Closures
Street closures begin at 8 a.m.
-
All streets surrounding the central event hub will close by 8 a.m.
-
Guests attending the festival, parade, or any other activities should arrive before 8 a.m.

Parking will be available in the Southwest High School parking lots.

Once the 5K begins at 8 a.m., no vehicular traffic will be allowed inside the closure area for participant safety.

All spectators will need to walk to the parade route, Community Festival, Southwest HS Complex, and 5K viewing areas.
Reindeer Sprint & 5K Run

7 a.m. – On-site runner registration opens

7:45 a.m. – Reindeer Sprint begins (Southwest HS Complex)

8 a.m. – 5K begins (street closures in effect)
Parade Information

Parade participants must arrive before 8 a.m. and be dropped off at Parking Lot C.

The Holiday Parade begins at 10 a.m.
Community Festival
8 a.m.–12 p.m.
Location: Parking Lot Q, next to Southwest Elementary
The festival includes:

Stage Performances
9 a.m.–12 p.m.
Location: Performance stage in Parking Lot Q next to Southwest Elementary
Arrival Instructions for Performers:

All performer drop-offs will take place in Parking Lot R, the oval drive in front of Southwest Elementary.

No parking is allowed in Parking Lot R.

Parents must park at Southwest HS and walk to Southwest Elementary.

Groups arriving by bus should bring all equipment on the bus, as no additional vehicles may park in Lot R.
Truck Club Show
8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Pictures with Santa
