Tristian plays an important role in preparing our lifeguard team for the moments when their training matters most. He regularly leads hands-on training and realistic rescue scenarios, helping our lifeguards strengthen their skills and feel confident responding to an emergency.
Recently, that preparation was put into action when an athlete experienced a seizure in the water. Tristian quickly stepped up and helped lead his team through the emergency response, demonstrating the importance of preparation, teamwork, and staying calm under pressure.
Tristian is also a supportive leader who works right alongside his team, provides guidance, encourages questions, and helps create an environment where staff feel valued and prepared.
