SWISD, in partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank, will host a drive-thru food distribution on Wednesday, May 14 at the Dragon Stadium parking lot from 10 to 11 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. We look forward to seeing you there!

Get ready to celebrate the Class of 2025 at our upcoming Senior Walk events! Join us at the Southwest High School Spring Complex on May 15 and at Southwest Legacy High School on May 22 for an evening filled with fun, pride, and unforgettable memories. Each event kicks off with a festival at 5:30 PM, followed by the Senior Walk at 7 PM and an exciting car giveaway courtesy of North Park Toyota. Let’s come together to honor our seniors and send them off in style!

The upcoming Board of Trustee election is on Saturday, May 3. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Due to a change in the election procedure by the Bexar County Election Administrator, when the polls close, we will not post the results on the district website. University Health is bringing mobile 2D and 3D mammogram screenings to SWISD for staff and the community this May. Screenings take 30 minutes or less and are available to women 40 and older with no current breast issues. SAVE THE DATE! Southwest ISD will hold both Southwest High School and Southwest Legacy High School graduations on Friday, May 30 at the Alamodome. Parking for graduation is $10 by the City of San Antonio. A clear bag policy will be in effect. CAST STEM High School will hold its graduation at Southwest HS Auditorium on Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. Tickets are required for all CAST STEM guests. SWISD-TV live stream will also be available.
