Pupil Services
The Department of Administration and Pupil Services (APS) is located in the Building of Administration (400). This department supports students, parents, campuses, and the community in the areas of student behavior & discipline, attendance and truancy prevention, social and emotional learning, outreach, parent concerns, registration & enrollment, and student records.

As a department in Southwest Independent School District, Administration and Pupil Services will be a comprehensive and valuable resource for students, parents, staff, and community members who need a range of services and support.
Mission
The Department of Administration and Pupil Services will provide high-quality, purposeful, wraparound services to ensure all students' social, emotional, and academic success. This will be accomplished through a collaborative effort involving individuals, programs, and services designed to meet their unique needs. We will build productive, supportive relationships with all stakeholders to develop and sustain a culture of openness, trust, and responsiveness.
