Welcome to The Employee Rewards Program (ERP). Southwest ISD is dedicated home to over 2,200 Employees is dedicated to partnering with local businesses and encouraging our employees to spend their money locally in our community. Southwest ISD is home to over 2,200 Employees and the goal of the Employee Rewards Program is to create a sense of community with our local businesses and SWISD staff. Therefore, any discounts and promotions for our faculty and staff is much appreciated.
