Frances Barcenez is a highly accomplished educator and administrator with over 25 years of experience in the field of education.  Throughout her career, Mrs. Barcenez has taught at early childhood, elementary, and middle schools, and has held several leadership roles, including middle school administrator, Curriculum & Instruction Director, Business & Finance Executive Director, and Administration & Human Resources Assistant Superintendent, all at Southwest ISD. Mrs. Barcenez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from Chaminade University, and a Master of Education from Our Lady of the Lake University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at Texas A&M University, College Station. As a former military-dependent, Mrs. Barcenez has had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the nation and overseas, but San Antonio, Texas remains her hometown. When she's not working, Mrs. Barcenez enjoys reading Pride and Prejudice variation novels, traveling, and spending time with her family, which includes her three rescue puppies.

Jenny Suniga Collier is an award winning journalist and communications professional offering nearly 20 years in broadcast, school public relations, and community outreach experience. Jenny leads a team of communication  professionals  at  SouthwestISD, managing the district’s marketing, communications, and partnerships. She honed her community-based storytelling as a journalist, working as a reporter, anchor, and managing editor at television news stations around South Texas and  Michigan. She has a Dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication and Speech Communication from Texas State University and a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin. As a Military Brat who grew up all across Europe, Germany still holds a special place in her heart. Jenny is grateful to be back home in San Antonio with her husband, Dillon, and daughter, Tessa.

Brandon Crisp, Deputy Superintendent, began his teaching career in 1998 at Somerset ISD. He taught and coached at SAISD and Northside ISD before joining the Southwest ISD family in 2009.  In 2013, Crisp transitioned to Central Office where he served as the district's Purchasing Coordinator. Later, he became the Director of Operations before being appointed as the Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance in 2016. In 2023, he was named Deputy Superintendent. Crisp holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a master's degree from Lamar University. He and his wife are proud parents of three sons, all of whom are graduates of Southwest ISD.

Dalila Garcia is a seasoned educational leader with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Throughout her career, Ms. Garcia has held various leadership roles at both the campus and district levels, working with students of all ages. She has prioritized student success and well-being in all decision-making, resulting in numerous academic distinctions for her students and staff from the Texas Education Agency (TEA). Since 2014, Ms. Garcia has demonstrated exceptional efficacy in enhancing early literacy and promoting higher education and career opportunities in her role at Southwest ISD. Her leadership has resulted in notable achievements, and she continues to prioritize education and student success in all aspects of her work. Ms. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Bilingual Education, a Master's of Education in Guidance and Counseling, and completed additional coursework in Educational Administration from The University of Texas-Pan American. Ms. Garcia is a proud mother of two children, Dezi and Diego, who attend Kriewald Road School of the Arts.
