Q: How do I change my direct deposit bank institution or add another account?
A: In order to change or add another bank institution account, please come on by the payroll department to fill out our inhouse form and bring your direct deposit request form to establish.
Q: How do I change my W-4 allowances either to increase or decrease my federal withholding tax?
A: In order to change your W-4 allowances, please come on by the payroll department to fill out a new W-4 form.
Q: How do I cancel my Union rep dues either TSTA, ATPE, and etc.?
A: In order to cancel your union deduction, an inhouse form will need to be filled out in the payroll department. As well, the union will need to be notified as well of your cancellation by the employee for future deductions because many unions rollover previous year member information for the new school year.
Q: How do I access my W-2 from previous fiscal years?
A: The previous year W-2's are available within your employee service center. If you are not able to log into your employee service center, feel free to come to the payroll department with your school id card to retrieve a paper copy of your W-2.
