Video tutorial for completing the back to school online enrollment verification form.

Okay after logging in, parents will go to screen with a select students.Yes, they will need to do this for every student, however the most of the forms with pre-populate and so they'll just need to sign each of the forms. Parents will use the button in the top right corner to navigate through the 10 different steps that are listed here in Gray.  The first screen is a student information and you'll notice it's pre-populated and most of it is greyed out the only thing you can change here is the student's preferred language, address and phone number, now remember this is the address and phone number or email address and phone number for the students on the next screen very similar but now we are looking at the contact information for the parent. Again, for the parent you can add one and if you need to, you can choose whether or not the student resides with you or not. You can update phone numbers and email addresses here and you can also choose to "restrict"view of information. Basically that is something parents, we recommend checking.  If they do not want other contacts .  if I have don't have that check than any contact could see the information on this contact. Okay go to the next screen,  and now we're doing the same thing, but this time is for emergencies,  this is who we contact in an emergency. And it lets us know who can pick them up and let's us know what their relationship is and what their address is. This address you can change here. That is the only address you can change here. This will not affect mail outs, to change the mail out address for a student, changes to student formation have to be done in person at the campus office. if there's no changes are you can go to the next one. Make sure they're on the right campus if this is incorrect again they need to contact the campus. if they want their child's data, directory information released to these various agencies, that it can be released to according to the public information act. It is a very common that none of these are selected.  Next they will come to the student forms and so don't need to scroll through each of the forms,  listed here and make sure that they are labeled as complete. If there's a form not complete such as we will look at social/economic this form here if it says it needs to be completed you're not complete it would click to open the form and make sure everything is filled out and then sign it by typing of your name here and hitting the dates here. This form whatever if I select this for my income right now. It will automatically apply to the other students on my account. so when I go into their different files all I have to do is go down here and fill out the signature page . once I'm done I will hit, I'll be able to hit submit and then that form will show as complete. some form such as the food allergy it does not copy over from student to student so that form does have to be completed for each individual student. when all of these either say complete or not required You're ready to go to the next screen which is the documents. Here is where you can get a list of documents. The two most important are down here at the bottom you must hit the download button and download before you're able to check this box and you must do both of these before you go to the next screen. if you get a red error message here you must hit the ESC button on your keyboard before you're able to do anything further. here is attachments, these are really just for new students if there's any changes. We do not monitor this regularly so we encourage parents to bring any changes to attachments to the office or if they are attached can you contact the office and make sure they are aware that new information has been attached. Once you are done, you would hit the submit button and it's going to give you some at so you're returning student first day packet please. Your confirmation information.
