SWISD sent the Southwest High School Boys Soccer team off to the Regional Quarterfinals in style, complete with a motorcycle escort through the Central Office complex, cheered on by Central Office employees and Southwest Elementary students! The Dragons defeated the MacArthur Brahmas by a score of 5-2. This win matches the team's furthest advanced in the state playoffs.
The Dragons now have a chance to make history by defeating the Brownsville Lopez Lobos in the Regional Semi-final. Go get them, Dragons!
