The 2026-2027 SWISD & UIL paperwork required for participating in extracurriculars such as band, athletics, cheer, dance can be found at the link below.  Please review the handout and instructional video provided below to assist you in completing the required paperwork for all students prior to their participation in any sanctioned practices, games, or other UIL events.
