2026-2027 OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING!

Open Enrollment is the annual time period in which benefit-eligible employees can make changes to their current benefit elections, change levels of coverage, and add or remove dependents without experiencing a qualifying life event. Every benefits-eligible employee is strongly encouraged to meet with an agent during the designated time at their respective campus and/or department to review their current benefits and make any necessary benefit election changes for the 2026-2027 plan year. It’s also a perfect time to review and update your beneficiary information.

Please note: If you wish to participate in, or re-enroll in, the health care and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts for 2026-2027, you must make an active election during open enrollment. Given the pre-tax structure of the plans, participants are required by law to re-enroll each year as the reimbursement accounts do not automatically carry over from year to year.

Any/all changes made during Open Enrollment will become effective September 1, 2026.
