Download it from the Apple App Store here or the Android Google Play Store here.

I have an old phone. Will the app work?

The app will run on phones with Android version 8+ or iOS version 13+.

I am having trouble logging in. What do I do?

Parents who have previously logged into Rooms can click here to receive a reset password email. Each semester, your student will be automatically added to their teacher's roster. When the teacher sends out their first message, you will also receive an invite via text.

Do I have to use the app?

Parents can view all the same information by clicking the link sent through text; however, for a more enhanced experience, we do recommend downloading the mobile app.

I am not receiving any notifications. What can I do?

Check the Parent Self-Serve to make sure that we have the correct cell phone number listed. Additionally, make sure you haven't accidentally unsubscribed from receiving messages. Text START to 98900 to rejoin.

I forgot my password!

Parents with an account can click here to receive a reset password email. Teachers with an account will use Google SSO to sign into thrillshare.com, so a password is not required.
