  • Where can I download the app? 

Download it from the Apple App Store here or the Android Google Play Store here.

  • I have an old phone. Will the app work?

The app will run on phones with Android version 8+ or iOS version 13+.

  • I am having trouble logging in. What do I do?

Parents who have previously logged into Rooms can click here to receive a reset password email. Parents who have yet to log into Rooms should check their email for an invitation from [email protected]. If an invitation cannot be found, connect with your school to ensure the email address on file is the one you expect! Additionally, your student's teacher can provide a PDF Guardian Invite if you'd like to connect to their class manually using a special code. Teachers with an account will use Google SSO to sign into thrillshare.com, so a password is not required. If any error appears when you attempt to sign in, please connect with your Admin to make sure your account is created appropriately!

  • Do I have to use the app?

Parents can view all the same information by signing into edurooms.com in any web browser. Teachers can view all the same information (as well as access additional settings) by signing into thrillshare.com.

  • I forgot my password!

Parents with an account can click here to receive a reset password email. Teachers with an account will use Google SSO to sign into thrillshare.com, so a password is not required.
