Southwest ES to Big Country ES and Kriewald Rd SA

There are currently 805 students at Southwest Elementary School, 589 at Big Country ES, and 468 at Kriewald Rd. School of the Arts. Below are the changes to rezone approximately 61 students to Big Country ES from Southwest ES and 87 students to Kriewald Rd SA from Southwest ES.
