THEATRE

SWISD provides students comprehensive theatrical instruction where the students can performance based techniques, practice technical skills and apply advanced reasoning to a variety of projects, productions and performances. Students will intellectually make cultural and informative decisions as they relate to theatre, film, television and electronic media productions.

 

The Theater Program offers students experiences in Main Stage, Black Box Shows and Technical Theater. Students compete in UIL One Act Plays and are involved with both District and Community Theater opportunities.
