Leadership Residency Programs

In Southwest ISD, we believe that campus-based residencies stand as a crucial element within principal preparation programs, laying the foundation for the success of future aspiring principals.  These residencies immerse participants in practical, on-the-job experiences, fostering a direct connection to the skills required to confidently assume the role of a principal.  Through active engagement, practice, and reflection, these residencies equip individuals with the essential tools and expertise necessary for effective leadership.
